The golden time of Perestroika is already five years in running in the streets of Russia. Only the most organized and cunning of the gangs have survived the brutalities and bloodshed of gang wars for placement in the top positions of the Russian Underworld. Armed with the latest high tech equipment and KGB know how, combined with military discipline, they rank high in the crime world in Europe.
The most farsighted of them, one under the "Solntsevskaia Gruppirovka" (Sun Group), decides to expand to the worldwide market. Lead by "Captain Gregory Loyevsky" they move in to the Malaysian market. Using the training that he had gained from his service in the Afghanistan war, his methods are usually harsh and cold.
The market in Malaysia is predominantly under the control of the Hong Kong Triads and the arrival of the Russians sparks off a series of gang war as they battle for the rights over the land.
After time of brutal and extremely ghastly killings of each other, the gangs realizes that they have a new and common enemy that is weaving a web of deceptively and brutally over this part of the world and culture. They recognize that it is time for them to come together to try and resolve the problem.
